Most of that had to do with the fact that my wife was not sure what she wanted and would ultimately leave the decision to me. Even with all of that, Dave stayed with us and never complained or showed any frustration about how long it was taking. He was very accommodating and tried his hardest to get us the best deal possible and into the right car. His suggestions were usually on the money, and that shows that he listened to what my wife and I were asking for, considered that, and switched up his approach and ended up giving us what we wanted. If there were more than five stars, I would give it to him. Thanks again, Dave! More

He explained well the advantages of certain models for us, which I was then given the opportunity to test drive. Dave patiently answered all our questions. Neither my husband nor I ever felt pressure to make a decision. Dave kept in touch with us while we took some time to think things through, but only to let us know that he was available should we have further questions and/or concerns. Once our decision was made, Dave couldn't have been more helpful taking us through all the steps. The actual purchase went very smoothly, and we enjoyed the added perks of some little gifts. Best is Subaru's $250 donation to charity with each car they sell, and we were given the privilege of selecting the charities. I had at least an hour tutorial before leaving with the car, but there's much that I still don't understand. I'm comforted by the fact that Dave will be there to answer questions and spend as much time with me as I need to figure everything out in the coming months. Since buying our car, I have spoken to two friends who also just bought new Subarus from Garavel. Both had similar experiences to ours. The dealership can certainly be proud of its staff and service. Dave Novik (sales rep) and he and Teddy Mochlas (sales manager) took great care of me. Dave was really patient and took his time to understand my needs. Teddy did the same and they weren't pushy at all. I was interested in the Subaru Crosstrek and I was really impressed with how well Dave knew all the MANY features of that car and the technology that goes along with it. He also was extremely well-versed in the differences in the trim levels, etc. I feel I got a great car at a great price. I will recommend Garavel to anyone interested in buying a Subaru. And I will eagerly recommend that they reach out directly to Dave Novik. He is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with! More
