I luckily dodge that situation and contacted Jeff Belzer's Lakeville. Jessica Gitch answered my call and handled my frustrated call with ease and positivity (which was exactly what I needed at that point). I arrived at Belzer and was immediately met by Jessica who read the situation perfectly and together we took care of the purchase of a new vehicle without the above mentioned mystery, suspense and anger. I have no doubt that I will purchase a car from Jessica and her colleagues at Belzer (Dave, Cole, and Charlie) again and will refer all of my family and friends. Thanks again for a great experience! A long process with a successful end I came to the dealership with the expectation of trading my vehicle off and purchasing a new vehicle. But do to my budget I could not get into the veh I came to the dealership with the expectation of trading my vehicle off and purchasing a new vehicle. But do to my budget I could not get into the vehicle I was looking at. But Joleen kept on looking for other options for me. At the end of the experience I drove off the lot 4.5hrs later in a new vehicle. While I did not purchase, I did end up leasing a new car. More
