Rob Bates also made sure that everything flowed smoothly, including arranging pickup at the Hartford airport and transportation to the dealership! I was able to handle everything related to the sale of the car over the phone. The day we picked up the vehicle, Dave Paolino was tremendously helpful and thoroughly answered all questions. Dave was patient, kind and knowledgeable. As a result, Dave let the newest version of the CRV sell itself during my test drive. By methodically encouraging me to try all of the safety features and encouraging me to enjoy the luxury of this redesigned Honda classic, Dave ensured I fell in love in with this vehicle on my own; rather than because he, a car salesman, said I should love it. Dave sincerely listened to my questions about leasing, thoroughly answered every question and concern I presented, and helped me understand the benefits of leasing through the eyes of a 21st Century consumer. Great service I was purchasing a first car for my 16 year old son. The salesman, Dave, was great. He quickly identified several cars that met our price and safety I was purchasing a first car for my 16 year old son. The salesman, Dave, was great. He quickly identified several cars that met our price and safety criteria. He showed them to us and answered all of our questions. And even though it was the end of the day on a Saturday, he did no rush us and no pressure sales tactic. We found a car my son loves and Dave made the purchase transaction very easy. We picked up the car several days later. The dealership detailed it and also surprised us with new tires. I would highly recommend Sullivan Honda and Dave P. More
