After submitting an interest form for the Honda I now own, I was promptly responded to. Dave reached out and was great at responding quickly, answering questions, and was very flexible when making appointments. When I went in to test drive the Honda, Dave took the time to explain how to adjust the seat, turn the lights on, and made sure I was comfortable before I started driving. He allowed me to take a relatively long test drive, including a small portion on the highway, which was very helpful. He was polite and you can tell he is a genuine person and not just a salesman trying to make commission. When I decided to purchase the car, he made sure I understood all the paperwork and helped me finance directly through the dealership when my credit union wasn't approving my full loan request. The finance employee, Tim, was also very helpful and made sure I understood each and every form I was signing. Then, when I expected Dave to simply hand me the keys and say farewell, he went above and beyond to explain every button in the car and even helped me connect my phone to the bluetooth and taught me how to use the different in-car phone functions. I cannot thank Dave enough for making the experience so enjoyable, easy, and stress-free. More

Very impressed! Went to several Honda dealerships in the area, Sullivan Honda and Dave in particular stood out the most! Unlike many other dealers that wanted to know what I was offered by the others, Dave and the folks at Sullivan gave me their best price, up front, no tricks or prying. Very personable and genuine! He took me for a test drive in the civic ex and civic ex turbo, and I decided on the regular ex. They never tried to up sell me, and I did not feel pressured at all. They answered all of my questions, in person, by email, and via text quickly and completely and helped me with the insurance process (first time new car buyer!). We spent maybe 15-20min with Tim on paperwork and financing which went as smoothly as possible. Dave gave me a thorough walthrough of the car (again). I got exactly what I wanted in a car and an 8yr bumper to bumper Honda warranty for a very fair price. Any dealer could have matched it I suppose, but I would have come back here anyway! Fantastic service, and a great first new car buying experience! More
