I told him the car I was interested in and he gave me two options that I can choose from and was able to really work with what I am able to afford. He answered all questions I had without hesitation. Cordial sales, no pressure, speedy process. I had never purchased a car from a dealer, as I typically hunt on Craigslist until I find what I'm looking for, but in this case I wanted a specific I had never purchased a car from a dealer, as I typically hunt on Craigslist until I find what I'm looking for, but in this case I wanted a specific model, specific year, manual shift, so I did an online search and found a few dealers within driving range of central MA with the model and year I wanted, and Sullivan seemed to have the best price so I drove out the hour and a half to Torrington, took it for a ride with Dave, noted that it was certified and so had a year of warranty, asked them for their best price, they took my 15-year-old Echo with failing exhaust and 210,000 miles off my hands and gave me something for it as a trade-in; the dealership handled MA registration and sales tax and I gave them a check and drove back to MA before noon with the sharp little Honda Fit. More
