2 hour oil change is a little excessive Had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change and I arrived at 9:29. Staff was super friendly and pleasant. Left at 11:24... Sloppy When I arrived for my scheduled service appointment I wasn't greeted at the driveway, like I'd expect, so I found the service department door and wand When I arrived for my scheduled service appointment I wasn't greeted at the driveway, like I'd expect, so I found the service department door and wandered in. There isn't a service desk or receptionist so I had to snag a employee walking by, I was informed that the service consultant that I scheduled my appointment with had "called in" which I guess means he's not around. Apparently the computers were down that morning, so it was chaos. It didn't get much more professional from there, sloppy describes the appearance, attitude and approach in this case on this day. I know, its Chevy not Lexus or Mercedes but it should still be professional, right? More

Great Experience From start to finish, my service experience with Beaver Chevrolet was great! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation in advance. From start to finish, my service experience with Beaver Chevrolet was great! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation in advance. They honored a coupon from another Jacksonville Chevy dealer, saving me a long drive and wait. I dropped my vehicle off and they provided a print out of additional recommended and upcoming maintenance. There was no pressure to purchase the additional services but I do appreciate the information that was shared. I was informed when my vehicle was ready and they even gave it a complimentary wash! It is obvious the new ownership of this dealership is trying hard to win back customers following issues with previous owner. I wish them success in the future and plan to return for future service. More
