Disappointed in the junk fees charged for my tire rotation I was really impressed with the thoroughness of the explanations for service and work done. I learned alot about how the indicators work on my car. I was really impressed with the thoroughness of the explanations for service and work done. I learned alot about how the indicators work on my car. But when I got the bill for a $19.95 tire rotation, they added on a $4.98 junk fee...that's 25% more for overhead. I was not informed before the service that the $19.95 service really cost $25. If I had known that total price, I would have gone elsewhere. The service rep explained that it is a charge for all tire rotations. My question is if it is an add on for all tire rotations, why not tell the customer that the cost is $25? I feel deceived. This isnt just me, Consumer Reports tells their subscribers junk fees are an issue and to watch for these fees. I was "Wow-ed", and not in a good way. More

Could Not Have Ask For Better Service I drive by the dealership (Coggin Chevrolet which has an awful service department) I purchased my Vette from, in route to Beaver Chevrolet for service I drive by the dealership (Coggin Chevrolet which has an awful service department) I purchased my Vette from, in route to Beaver Chevrolet for service. Beaver Chevrolet is a bit out of my way however they have never let me down, unlike Coggin's. My normal ASM is Evan Shade who is awesome however he was on vacation. David Parisi, the ASM that assisted me, was great! I had called days prior for an appointment which always helps, if you have that luxury. They took care of my service needs (oil change) and returned my car in record time and in the same way I drove it in (not dirty, greasy, etc.). I highly recommend Beaver Chevrolet! The folks there, no matter who you come in contact with are always helpful, friendly and professional! More

One of the Parts department team I am so glad to see you have hours available on Saturday for service. I was there early and "in and out" in an hour. One of the Parts department team came out, and greeted me early and let me know when Service was opening, and ask if I needed anything for the wait. Very friendly and welcoming, I do not recall his name but I appreciated his time and positive greeting. My service adviser, David Parisi, was friendly and timely checking me in. He also verified my vehicle in the system to assure it was added to my account there since my husband buys new trucks at least yearly. We love dealing with Beaver Chevrolet. More

2 hour oil change is a little excessive Had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change and I arrived at 9:29. Staff was super friendly and pleasant. Left at 11:24...
