From start to finish, my service experience with Beaver Chevrolet was great! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation in advance. They honored a coupon from another Jacksonville Chevy dealer, saving me a long drive and wait. I dropped my vehicle off and they provided a print out of additional recommended and upcoming maintenance. There was no pressure to purchase the additional services but I do appreciate the information that was shared. I was informed when my vehicle was ready and they even gave it a complimentary wash! It is obvious the new ownership of this dealership is trying hard to win back customers following issues with previous owner. I wish them success in the future and plan to return for future service. More
