Good experience, with one concern Overall a good experience. My salesman Jon I. was friendly and not pushy. My concern was the length of time it took to do paperwork, 4 hours and 10 minutes from the time I said "This is the car I want" until the time I drove it off the lot. (Part of this may have been due to the fact that we were trying to track down a PIF letter, and the fact that my salesman was new, but it still seemed to take waayyy longer than I'm used to.) Still, I wouldn't let that stop me from buying a car again. More

They have impeccable customer service and each person we have worked with has been tremendous. This past visit left an even greater impression. Our sales associate Anthony went above and beyond. He made sure the car was warm and easily accessible. He even watched our van and entertained our kids while we completed our paperwork. Our title clerk Becky came down and introduced herself and held a friendly conversation with us. And as always, Dave Realli remembered us and every detail since our last visit almost 3 years prior. He always makes us feel like part of the family. Will continue to be a customer for years to come. More
