Kenny and Dave have been keeping me informed when they have a new car that meets my needs. They did so this week. The transaction from start to finish was handled exactly to my expectations. I also met and worked with Tim Simoni in the finance office. Tim was great. My family of 5 all drive Kias. We have since 2010. I expect alot from the cars I buy and as long as Dave is at Destination Kia (and Ken), I will continue to do business there. More

At times felt like a 3 ring circus Lots of hoops jumped through.poor customer service from the sales department.terrible contact and return of calls!lack of communication.never offered Lots of hoops jumped through.poor customer service from the sales department.terrible contact and return of calls!lack of communication.never offered any incentives of vehicle then when approached about it manager did Dave Reali did try and do the right thing.was never told about first oil change was free on kia and salesman seemed to not care about overall satisfaction.no follow up about car after it needed servicing for a seat replacement that I found at time of delivery.seat had a slice in in.they offered to patch it on a brand new car.then was told it would take a week for replacement of seat took about a month.car was not even detailed at delivery time but did do so after seat replacement per my request.asked For compensation for my multiple travels for deal and service of new seat was Given.rubber floor mats and 75 dinner gift certificate from a restaurant of their choice..better that nothing I suppose. More

I knew I needed an SUV and figured my price range would put me in the ballpark of a vehicle with a few years on it or a little wear and tear. Kenny was my salesperson and he talked to me like an adult who was taking an important financial decision. He was respectful and very well informed about the service end of the cars I was looking at. I did a little shopping around and I'm glad I did because a wait of a few days brought my new car onto the lot. I picked it out on the website, put down a deposit, and before they even received the title, I was driving around with dealer plates. More
