Got hooked up with the best sales guy, Dave Sacco who listened to what we were looking for. He took his time explaining everything and I mean everything from bumper to bumper, inside and out! We were very impressed at his knowledge, his high energy and his attentiveness! Paul in finance was just as awesome! Yet from the moment Lindsey Iacabbo contacted me via text message through an internet inquiry I made with First Hyundai, the entire process was simple, streamlined, and handed professionally. Lindsey set me up for an appointment to meet with Dave Sacco. From the initial sit down, Dave was more than thorough and took the time to ensure that I fully understood each and was comfortable with every option, detail, decision along the way. I had a lot of questions and he went through it all - from financing vs leasing, test driving, trade in, service plan, etc. Due to my own insurance/registration problems, I ended up having to wait a few days to pick up the car. Dave remained in constant contact via email, phone and text - always letting me know where we were in the process, and worked hard to expedite things as much as possible. Cannot say enough good things about my experience here. 5 stars! More
