Do not stand behind their motto of Customer Service Negotiated a deal to turn in my leased 2014 Tucson with excess mileage for a 2017 Tucson. Pricing, in addition to rolling in the excess mileage was n Negotiated a deal to turn in my leased 2014 Tucson with excess mileage for a 2017 Tucson. Pricing, in addition to rolling in the excess mileage was negotiated. I left to consider. When I returned and told them "Go ahead, write it up!" they "forgot" to include the excess mileage piece (but still kept the price the same). So they got my 2014 Tucson, and I got the bill for the excess mileage. The sales rep admits he did negotiate this the first time, but it just is not good enough for the manager to honor. "They are sorry for the inconvenience and annoyance." Do not trust First Hyundai - they are out to make as much money as they can! More

MANAGEMENT: GET REAL Although my experience with Katie Bedard and Dave Sacco was nothing short of excellent, Dave did ask me to rate the experience on some website...not s Although my experience with Katie Bedard and Dave Sacco was nothing short of excellent, Dave did ask me to rate the experience on some website...not sure if this is the place. As I told Dave, I am not inclined to rate people on such a brief experience, I have this feeling that such a rating may have an impact on the representatives standing within the company and I think that is pathetic. When will "management" ( and by that I mean all the thousands of companies including the one I work for) realize that these shallow attempts at understanding issues do nothing but alienate good people who work for you. For that reason, wherever I go for my next purchase for anything, I will inquire if I will be asked to take a survey...if they say yes, I will probably walk out. I know that will not leave me with as much choice, but these companies need to wake up and realize the proof is in the pudding (the sale) and not in the mind of one of us half-witted xxxxxxx behind a keyboard. More
