I do not do the whole "let me check with my back guy", Chris Tara Browne was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and worked with me to get the price that I needed to stay within. Tom came over on my final trip in when I was ready to sign, and I loved his, "let's make this work for her!" Dave in finance was fantastic, and explained the benefits in added options. I have always had great service there, and will continue to go back when needed! More

Just ok Im new to the north bay. I bought 2 cars in the past 6 months here. Both times I paid in full, cash. Being as i dont waste much of anyones time there Im new to the north bay. Being as i dont waste much of anyones time there (bought 2 cars in 2 visits, 1 new and 1 used) I would have appreciated maybe a perk or a kickback, at least with the 2nd car. Not asking much, but anything small would've been appreciated and memorable, like free floormats or something minor. The salesman said I'd get a "great deal" since I was a return customer, but the deal was similar to any other time I've bought a car in my life. Other than that it was a good experience. But me and my colleagues buy plenty of cars and I wish I could say more memorable things about this place to refer it to them but theres nothing that special. Ive had better experiences paying full in cash at other dealerships where I moved from, and was expecting more of the same. With financing available, I think this place takes for granted customers who choose to come here, take up minimal time, and pay in full with hard earned cash without dealing with financing. More
