Fantastic experience with great customer service!! My sales person was Sergio Brito and he was so easy to work with. I had already done my research and new that Manly had on their lot three Kia Sporta My sales person was Sergio Brito and he was so easy to work with. I had already done my research and new that Manly had on their lot three Kia Sportage's that I was looking for. Sergio made sure that I checked out the one that I had as my first choice and then had me test drive my second choice with the pros and cons between the two. Living on the coast I decided that the AWD was the best one for me. We then went inside to close the deal. Manly worked with me on my out the door deal that I needed to be able to buy this car. His manager Tim helped me as well. I had an absolute dollar amount with cash and Sergio and Tim really did a fantastic job working with me. I got the car I wanted for the dollar amount I needed. Extremely good customer service from Manly and the crew. Being in retail for years I appreciate good customer service. Dave in finance was very detailed and good at explaining what all I was getting and how to deal with things if anything on the car went wrong. Bottom line I LOVE my new used car and wouldn't hesitate to tell other people about going to Manly Honda to buy a new or used automobile. More
