Having to go out and purchase a car at this time was the last thing I wanted to do. My husband called the Manly Honda dealership and spoke with Miguel the evening before we went to look at cars. Miguel assured us he would work with us. Upon our arrival the next morning, we were warmly greeted by Sergio. He told us that Miguel was off that day, but Miguel was on his way in to help us! Miguel came in to make sure everything went smoothly. We discovered the car we wanted was at a dealership two hours away, and Sergio drove there to bring it back for us! I have never received such good customer service from any dealership in my life. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Miguel, Sergio, Julie, Jeff, Brian, Dave and Patrick all work as a well organized team. We were not pressured in any way. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our car buying experience was not a chore but a pleasurable experience! We drove away from the dealership the same afternoon in my new 2016 Honda Civic Ex (with a great warranty, I might add)! Wherever we have gone in my new car, someone always asks where we bought it. We are happy to tell them about the great customer service we received at Manly Honda. Thank you to all who helped us! You really did make a difference! More

Surprisingly Great! On 2-30-16 I went to Manly Honda to check out the 2016 models of the Pilot and Accord. I wasn't really sure if I wanted to go thru the painful act of On 2-30-16 I went to Manly Honda to check out the 2016 models of the Pilot and Accord. I wasn't really sure if I wanted to go thru the painful act of buying another car. When I arrived I met James LaSalle who was extremely nice and didn't give me the feeling of your typical vulture salesman. I had a lot of questions for him and he was brutally honest and professional which I appreciated. He wasn't looking to place me in the most expensive car he was more concerned about what car would fit my needs due to the fact that I have a new Grand Daughter. He had spent 2 hrs with me test driving cars, walking the lot and answering my questions. As everybody knows most salesman have one question "what can u afford as far as payment" but James never once asked me that which was refreshing there was absolutely no pressure from him. Now on to finance Dave Sambad was my Finance Manager and once again I really wasn't looking forward to this process either Because as everybody knows they have a tendency to wanna sell you a ton of add on's that you generally don't need or want or they just want your signature as fast as possible so you don't back out of the deal. But Dave was just the opposite he took the time to explain every document and what I was signing. There were a few extras I wanted to look into such as gap insurance and the extended warranty. When we got to my questions he explained how they work and what it means for me in the long term and short term (very knowledgeable) and once again zero pressure. I have bought a lot of cars in the past 20 yrs and I have NEVER had an experience like this. The pains and worry that normally come with buying a car just weren't there and I would like to thank Manly Honda for having great employees, James and Dave. It made all the difference for me and I will Be back on my next purchase. In short I purchased a 2016 Accord the car and payment are amazing!!!! Thank You Very Much, Mark More
