Surprisingly Great! On 2-30-16 I went to Manly Honda to check out the 2016 models of the Pilot and Accord. I wasn't really sure if I wanted to go thru the painful act of On 2-30-16 I went to Manly Honda to check out the 2016 models of the Pilot and Accord. I wasn't really sure if I wanted to go thru the painful act of buying another car. When I arrived I met James LaSalle who was extremely nice and didn't give me the feeling of your typical vulture salesman. I had a lot of questions for him and he was brutally honest and professional which I appreciated. He wasn't looking to place me in the most expensive car he was more concerned about what car would fit my needs due to the fact that I have a new Grand Daughter. He had spent 2 hrs with me test driving cars, walking the lot and answering my questions. As everybody knows most salesman have one question "what can u afford as far as payment" but James never once asked me that which was refreshing there was absolutely no pressure from him. Now on to finance Dave Sambad was my Finance Manager and once again I really wasn't looking forward to this process either Because as everybody knows they have a tendency to wanna sell you a ton of add on's that you generally don't need or want or they just want your signature as fast as possible so you don't back out of the deal. But Dave was just the opposite he took the time to explain every document and what I was signing. There were a few extras I wanted to look into such as gap insurance and the extended warranty. When we got to my questions he explained how they work and what it means for me in the long term and short term (very knowledgeable) and once again zero pressure. I have bought a lot of cars in the past 20 yrs and I have NEVER had an experience like this. The pains and worry that normally come with buying a car just weren't there and I would like to thank Manly Honda for having great employees, James and Dave. It made all the difference for me and I will Be back on my next purchase. In short I purchased a 2016 Accord the car and payment are amazing!!!! Thank You Very Much, Mark More

The paperwork for my new lease was explained well but they made it easy to get through. I had to wait quite a long time for detailing before I could drive away but it was Saturday and they were, understandbly, busy. Worth the wait given the deal they were able to make for me. James LaSalle is a wonderful salesman! Great sales associate, James LaSalle. Took care of all my concerns and questions while providing excellent attention and service. So from this customers perspective it moves slowly, like a whale. Lots of waiting for financial approval and final papers. To be fair only one person was working in the final paper writing offices. He was swamped and overworked. He covered all the bases but this was the end of his day and he was veery pressured to get done and move on. Not a pleasant experience for this customer. The dealership should have more people in those offices to take the pressure off of the people working there. More

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of work My experience at Manly Honda was the best car buying and customer service experience I've ever had. My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hilary Muscatell and Dave Sambad. We have been in the area for less than a week, needed a car, had a tight budget and expectations that were exceeded. Hilary was very patient with us while we checked out several SUV's, helped us do some research when we weren't familiar with a particular car make, and put absolutely zero pressure on us. He stayed several hours past when he was supposed to get off work to help us out and make sure we were happy. Then, we got to work with Dave for the finance part and he was more than helpful. Not only did he place a priority on us getting great coverage on our used vehicle, but he worked really hard with the bank to get us a great rate and get us to the monthly payment we could afford. He really blew me away with how above and beyond (I felt) he went to help us out and make us happy. Both of these gentlemen have gone above our expectations in helping us out and being understanding with our situation of being new to the area and not being totally established. I will absolutely recommend both of these men specifically and Manly Honda to everyone I can because I literally couldn't have imagined a better car buying and customer service experience--not to mention an OUTSTANDING price and interest rate on our SUV!!! More
