The only thing I have to critasize is the length of time it I asked for Navagation on my new Honda. I even thought it came with this model as standard equipment. I discovered it does not have Nav. yesterday PM. I asked for Navagation on my new Honda. I even thought it came with this model as standard equipment. I discovered it does not have Nav. yesterday PM. I'm very disappointed with this feature not being included. I had a good GPS receiver but let it go with my Lincoln, thinking I had one on the Honda. Fastest and Best Car Purchase Ever! I was hit by a car on March 20, 2016 which totaled my car. I walked away from an accident that could have taken my life. Having to go out and purchase a car at this time was the last thing I wanted to do. My husband called the Manly Honda dealership and spoke with Miguel the evening before we went to look at cars. Miguel assured us he would work with us. Upon our arrival the next morning, we were warmly greeted by Sergio. He told us that Miguel was off that day, but Miguel was on his way in to help us! Miguel came in to make sure everything went smoothly. We discovered the car we wanted was at a dealership two hours away, and Sergio drove there to bring it back for us! I have never received such good customer service from any dealership in my life. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Miguel, Sergio, Julie, Jeff, Brian, Dave and Patrick all work as a well organized team. We were not pressured in any way. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our car buying experience was not a chore but a pleasurable experience! We drove away from the dealership the same afternoon in my new 2016 Honda Civic Ex (with a great warranty, I might add)! Wherever we have gone in my new car, someone always asks where we bought it. We are happy to tell them about the great customer service we received at Manly Honda. Thank you to all who helped us! You really did make a difference! More
