I have to say mark was so great in helping get a 2023 Silverado 2500. I sent a request to dealer for the truck and mark gave me a call within 30 minutes of my request. Mark turner was able to help me get Silverado 2500. I sent a request to dealer for the truck and mark gave me a call within 30 minutes of my request. Mark turner was able to help me get approved with little money down and had me in and out of the dealership with 45 minutes. The process was super easy and I very much appreciate mark and the financial dsample for getting me in and out and having all paperwork ready when I arrived. I would suggest everyone to go here and get your truck or car they are great here!!!!! More

Didn’t want to work with my bank. Clearly having communication issues because they accused me of trying to steal the truck.Then tried to sell me an extended warranty for a truck that Clearly having communication issues because they accused me of trying to steal the truck.Then tried to sell me an extended warranty for a truck that was already leaking oil. I asked if the warranty would cover the leak. The man said “Yes” I asked even if it’s currently leaking he then accused me of trying to fraud the warranty company. I called the previous day and asked if the truck had any mechanical issues before I drove 2hrs to look at it. Chris said “It would not be on our lot if it wasn’t”. When I get there the following day he tells me they have to put a battery in it. Then we test drive it and I crawl under the truck and find a significant oil leak. I brought it to their attention and they tell me it is priced accordingly. So they wouldn’t have told me about it if I didn't crawl in the mud and find it. All in all I was very unhappy with the deal and I don’t plan on recommending this dealership to anyone I know. More
