I went to wrong location of dealer's showroom. I purchased a new Subaru Outback last week from Dean Team sales person Dave Smith. I had not purchased a new car for several years and, very honestly, I was dreading the experience. Based on my research I felt I was quoted a very fair price for the car. This immediately made me a little more relaxed and comfortable.This feeling was amplified by Dave’s attentive but low pressure demeanor. I was especially impressed by the amount of time he was willing to devote to getting me comfortable with the somewhat confusing (for me) electronics in the new models.
