Steve made us feel completely comfortable and 'at home'. As a female purchaser, I cannot say enough good things about my experience: respectful, professional and fun. My husband purchased a Ford from Mr. Utter (Sr.) years ago and recommended I try Bill Utter Ford, after I had had an extremely unpleasant experience with another (Ford) dealership in our hometown. In fact, I was so disillusioned after my bad experience, I swore I'd never purchase another Ford, even though I'm a third generation Ford owner.
