My wife and I have two Honda CRVs Touring models, a 2017 and 2018. I have been there with both cars at least twice for each, for updates/fixes with the computer system and a recall. These "Four Horsemen of Burne Honda Service Department" are great! Not only do they help a customer 100%, but they explain everything in a concise manner on any issue one may be having. They are an asset to Burne Honda and one of the main reason my wife and I keep coming back to buy cars. Mr. Gramigna with his tech knowledge is great. He explains things to a customer on what is being done in a language that a non-geek customer can understand.
