I felt well informed, but not pushed or rushed in any one direction. I am quite indecisive and was able to test drive five different cars and spend a few weeks making a decision. Once I picked up my car I was helped with everything, even syncing my phone Bluetooth to my new car. Very positive and relaxed experience. More
