My husband had been to several dealerships checking out what he had seen online. Valley Honda had a couple of possibilities on the lot...the one we were most interested in had sold before we had a chance to look at it together. Within a week, Dave Zisk contacted us to let us know there was a 2015 Pilot that had just come in that we might be interested in. We made the time to look at it and drive it. We liked the 2015 Pilot a lot, and while we weren't feeling we HAD to buy a vehicle right now, Dave was able to make a deal we couldn't walk away from. Within 2.5 hours - start to finish of the entire process - we drove the 2015 Pilot home. Professionalism and PR are tops at this car dealership. This is our third Honda vehicle we have purchased from Valley Honda - a 45 minute drive from our hometown. Thanks, Dave, for contacting us when the vehicle for us arrived on the car lot! More

We narrowed our vehicle choice to the Honda Odyssey and wanted to purchase from a local dealership. Having looked at Honda dealership reviews, it became obvious that Valley Honda stood out heads and shoulders above the rest, with outstanding customer satisfaction experiences. Having made our choice we arrived at Valley Honda and were introduced to David Zisk our salesman. David was very engaging and most pleasant to talk with. Having listened to what we were looking for he showed us a great certified used 2015 Honda Odyssey. Color, mileage and accessories were perfect. Now David went to work to get us price, trade-in and financing to fit out budget. I am most happy with how David worked hard on our behalf. David treated us with Professionalism, courtesy, vehicle knowledge and patience. We are very satisfied with our experience at Valley Honda and are happy to give David Zisk and Valley Honda a 5 star rating. Thank you David and Valley Honda. More

I experienced no pressure, reliable, knowledgeable, and professional interactions throughout the sale. They were willing to work with me at every seemingly "dead end" and they were honest with me about what they could and could not do when it came to making deals. This was my first time buying and I am very pleased it was with Valley Honda and with these two professionals. I left with a great deal and a great car and I appreciate their time and service. More

Valley Honda won, which meant we had to drive a great distance to purchase this car. The dealership is the most professional dealership we've ever encountered, from dress, demeanor and professionalism. We met Dave once we started looking at cars and he was never pushy, answered our questions and pointed out attributes of the Honda Pilot. He has a quiet demeanor, yet great knowledge of his products. When we choose a color they didn't have or couldn't find, it was ordered from the factory. We were so excited and waited patiently on our car. Today, we picked it up, exactly what we wanted, color and all. Dave demonstrated all the car functions and answered our question, things went as "smooth as silk". Just drove tha car home it was "smooth as silk". Thank you Dave for your patience and blessing us with our dream Honda Pilot, color and all. We will highly recommend you to all our friends. The sales people were very nice and helpful and there was a large selection to choose from on the lot. This is probably the busiest dealership I have ever been to, and I was greeted in time, no waiting at all. Best thing was they don't have any hidden costs (Other dealers throw in lots accessories!). I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who needs a car. PS. Andy and Dave ROCKS!!!! More

Extreme personal service We have bought several cars from Valley Honda, but our most recent purchase (2016 CR-V) was the best buying experience yet. Aside from no-hassle prici We have bought several cars from Valley Honda, but our most recent purchase (2016 CR-V) was the best buying experience yet. Aside from no-hassle pricing (below Truecars best price) our sales person (Jim Hanahan) walked us through the purchase, trade in and orientation to all of the technology in the CR-V Touring model with unlimited patience and attention. The entire experience was so positive that I'm thinking of trading in one of our other Hondas. More
