EXTREMELY disappointing and deeply concerning experience with Audi Mission Viejo and Audi corporate. I was sold an Audi Q6 that began having serious mechanical and electrical issues almost immediately, incl with Audi Mission Viejo and Audi corporate. What is most alarming is that serious safety concerns keep being minimized as "software," with no real urgency, accountability, or meaningful resolution from either the dealership or Audi corporate. This goes far beyond poor customer service. It is a complete failure to stand behind the vehicle they sold and to treat customer safety with the seriousness it deserves. I would STRONGLY CAUTION anyone considering an Audi Q6 to do extensive research first. Based on my experience, and 3 other people I know that got the same car and are having similar problems, neither Audi Mission Viejo or Audi Corporate name did not mean quality, safety, or accountability. I bought my Audi S3 for service in order to fix a recall on the car, the passenger airbag didn't work. Audi called me in order to schedule an appointment and get the airbag fixed, since I bought the car fro on the car, the passenger airbag didn't work. Audi called me in order to schedule an appointment and get the airbag fixed, since I bought the car from them with the recall at the time of purchase a few years earlier. I had to take a day off at work and drive down to Mission Vejo from LA. I was told the service would have taken the whole day, so I planned on spending the day in Mission Vejo with the courtesy car. Instead, as I dropped the car, they told me it would have been ready in a few days. Bummer. In the end, I picked up the car after 2 days, drove back to LA, and realized the nothing was done on my car. The passenger airbag is still not working and the alert light is still on. A waste of time, money on gas and beyond. On top of that, since I was there for the service, I thought it was a good idea to have a copy of the only key I had done by Audi. (yes, when they sold me the car I only received one copy). I was told I had to pay $480 for the key, which I paid right away, and expecting to have the key done at the same time the service was done. Once I picked up the car, the key was ready. They asked me an additional $280 for the key. When I asked why I wasn't told about this additional $280 to begin with, I was blasted with stupid excuses, such as - the $280 are for the key batteries and programming. I would have much appreciated transparency and professionalism. Not at this dealership. More

When I purchased the car I had the privilage of meeting the owner and again, the culture of this dealership is high customer service, efficient, wonderful product, and pleasant staff. When I went in for service again they were efficient, high quality customer care, and knowledgable. I highly recommend this dedealrship to a customer looking for a luxury car with exemplar customer care. More
