EXTREMELY disappointing and deeply concerning experience with Audi Mission Viejo and Audi corporate. I was sold an Audi Q6 that began having serious mechanical and electrical issues almost immediately, incl with Audi Mission Viejo and Audi corporate. I was sold an Audi Q6 that began having serious mechanical and electrical issues almost immediately, including issues that make the vehicle unsafe to drive. What is most alarming is that serious safety concerns keep being minimized as "software," with no real urgency, accountability, or meaningful resolution from either the dealership or Audi corporate. This goes far beyond poor customer service. It is a complete failure to stand behind the vehicle they sold and to treat customer safety with the seriousness it deserves. I would STRONGLY CAUTION anyone considering an Audi Q6 to do extensive research first. Based on my experience, and 3 other people I know that got the same car and are having similar problems, neither Audi Mission Viejo or Audi Corporate name did not mean quality, safety, or accountability. This review is strictly for the car buying side of the process. I dealt with Big Jon Tiplea and to say it was a pleasure is an understatement. I was looking for a specific vehicle for my wife and to put i process. I dealt with Big Jon Tiplea and to say it was a pleasure is an understatement. I was looking for a specific vehicle for my wife and to put it mildly, it was like trying to find a unicorn. Luckily, Audi Mission Viejo had that unicorn. After texting and e-mailing with John he gave me a good deal that I was happy with. Due to work and home life I don't have a lot of time to deal with games and the normal dealer BS. Jon understood that and made things happen so that I got the deal I was happy with. I arrived at the dealership very late on a Monday around 7:45pm. He showed me the vehicle, we negotiated a price for my trade in and got all the paperwork done by a little after 9pm. He handled every curve ball I threw at him and more. He even went out of his way to get my wife on the vehicle also so that I could have her on the title. I really can't say enough good things about Jon. He was honest, straight forward, helpful, and caring. Everything most car salesman's are not! It was nice to see that the dealer management supported their salesman also.
