After entering personal information, shortly afterward, I was contacted by the Business Development Director, Kurt. Kurt assisted in setting up an appointment. My salesman, David and the Finance Manager, Chris made buying a vehicle pleasurable. They were both very professional and personable. Also, their knowledge of the relevant products was vast. Lied To Purchased a 2012 Buick Lacrosse from Scranton Buick GMC on 04/05/16 from David and was not told about that the car was in a front end collision that c Purchased a 2012 Buick Lacrosse from Scranton Buick GMC on 04/05/16 from David and was not told about that the car was in a front end collision that caused the air bags to deploy. Found out today when I went to trade it it and the dealer showed me the car fax that the car was in an accident. I was never told this when I purchased the car because I never would have if the car had that type of previous damage. I am now stuck with the car or have to take half of its value at trade because of it. I did not come in for a visit today but I will be stopping in to talk to the manager or owner if possible. More

Always friendly, but a bit slow I never have any issues when I go and everyone is always very friendly, my only grievance is that I'm too often under quoted on how long service will I never have any issues when I go and everyone is always very friendly, my only grievance is that I'm too often under quoted on how long service will take. I've never been able to get out in less than an hour for an oil change and that can be frustrating after constantly being told it'll be 45 mins or less. Thinking back, even when I purchased my vehicle the detailing took far longer than we were told and we ended up having to sit around waiting for it. It's a smarter practice to overquote, then customers would be pleased when the time is shorter than anticipated. More

I won't go anywhere else! I have bought 5 cars from Scranton Motors and take them there for servicing. I am always greeted with kindness and respect, a knowledgeable staff and I have bought 5 cars from Scranton Motors and take them there for servicing. I am always greeted with kindness and respect, a knowledgeable staff and comforting amenities. When I get service on my cars they get fixed at a reasonable time and cost. My car is washed and vacuumed on top of it! I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the staff. David Baeza is an amazing salesperson and has been there for many years. Never pushy. I'm working on #6 car for my son!! More
