I used to be happier with them. They keep changing the time intervals on my oil change it was 3000 miles then it was 5000 now back to 3000 why? They used to wash my truck when I brought it in for service time intervals on my oil change it was 3000 miles then it was 5000 now back to 3000 why? Unfortunately other than Ashley who was very pleasant and my salesman Dave it was very difficult to actually reach anyone. I had an issue with the front end shimmying which ended up being tires. I was told t my salesman Dave it was very difficult to actually reach anyone. I had an issue with the front end shimmying which ended up being tires. I was told that I would have to pay for two as they were legal. I agreed to pay but wanted to upgrade the tires with some traction as the truck is 4 wheel drive but I was told that I could only get what was on the vehicle. I would have paid the difference but I wasn’t given the opportunity to do so. Now I have to bring them to a tire dealer and have them changed, again at my cost. More

David was excellent, he was answering me all my questions. The financial staff I believe his name was chris, has a speech problems and appeared he was uncomfortable in some occasions when I asked h questions. It was a very uncomfortable experience for me to deal with Chris. Very persistent to sale a protection package when we told him that we were not interested.
