Very fast good service. I wasted 1.5 hours day before at KENOSHA TOYOTA where the basically FORGOT i was there for service. Each time I brought my vehicle in I had been told I’d have a loaner vehicle and when I got there they had none and didn’t even know I needed one. I had to cancel service on one of those times and then d have a loaner vehicle and when I got there they had none and didn’t even know I needed one. I had to cancel service on one of those times and then drive is about 25-miles from me on Saturday morning. I also feel uncomfortable interacting with the service crew, as they make me feel by their tone in their voice they aren’t happy to be doing the job they’re doing. It’s too bad! More
