The service advisor was quick to tell me the proposed resolution and the cost, have did not contact me after that. I contacted the dealer and was left on hold for 12 minutes and he still refused to updat resolution and the cost, have did not contact me after that. I contacted the dealer and was left on hold for 12 minutes and he still refused to update me on the status of the repair. The service department showed no concern with the fact that I needed at least an hour to plan transportation to pick up my vehicle. I called four different times to get an update and was never updated on the status of my repair. Finally after two days I received a text stating repairs had begun. Later that day I received a call saying the car was ready. When the car was picked up no one went over what was done to the vehicle. More

Had them do a partial engine rebuild for me a few months ago. Car broke down again and they discovered that it was part of their repair work that failed. They paid for the repair for free, but we were witho ago. Car broke down again and they discovered that it was part of their repair work that failed. They paid for the repair for free, but we were without our car for about three weeks, they gave us a loaner which was great for the last two weeks but we had to fend for ourselves without a car for a week. I asked if they would do an oil change or tire alignment as a gesture of kindness due to being without our car for so long due to their own mistake, but they said no. Therefore the mixed review. More
