The Service Department advertises "EXPRESS SERVICE," which at other local dealers means you do not need an appointment. When I stopped in on Friday morning for routine oil change/tire rotation, I was to which at other local dealers means you do not need an appointment. When I stopped in on Friday morning for routine oil change/tire rotation, I was told it was appointment based only. That's not "EXPRESS SERVICE." I made an appointment for the following Tuesday. We get coupons periodically for perks, and we had one for a free car wash and vacuum. When I came for my appointment, I was told that it would be a minimum of FOUR HOURS for this service. This is standard at other dealer service departments and should be complimentary for all customers! David was fine, but the lack of amenities after the sale makes me much less likely to ever purchase another vehicle at Greg May Honda again. You should look at what other local dealers are offering and make adjustments. Also the chairs in the lounge area are very uncomfortable for waiting. More

We were charged $155 to diagnose a bad alternator? ? I asked to at least charge the battery so we could drive it home. 8 years as a loyal customer with the hope of getting a durable vehicle and good se ? I am just sad we got a lemon, the car didn't make it to 100K miles (dropped 5k just a few months ago for major engine repairs). Maybe we were just unlucky, but based on our experience I can't do anything else with Greg May or Honda. More
