This rating is not due to the customer service, but rather the diagnostic results. I reported an intermittent failure regarding the brake system light on the dashboard. I had already discovered that jump-starting the car would start the gasoline engine and clear the light (my car is a hybrid). Resolving this is critical for me because I take long trips; I’ve already had to call roadside assistance once when the car failed at a rest area. I waited two hours just for them to jump-start the battery. The day I brought the car to you, the battery test showed a failure with a reading of 10.8 volts (you can verify this in your records). A healthy battery should be at 12.6 volts, or at least not drop below 12 volts. I was told the vehicle showed no faults and everything was fine, but obviously, if the battery is at 10.8 volts, the vehicle is NOT fine. My vehicle is under warranty, and it is not right to wait for a major breakdown before fixing it; this is about preventative maintenance. I have read that this is a common issue with the 2023-2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid, and unfortunately, it is happening to mine. More
