We spent the day looking around at a few used cars in northern Vermont/ franklin county. We were trying to find something that would last a long time, affordable MPG, and fit into our budget. We were greeted by a gentleman named David who was helpful and easy going. Ask for him if you go. He offered us information about the vehicle, without fitting the stereotype of a “pushy car salesman”. The vehicle was at such a good price, and met all of our criteria. We didn’t even need to negotiate a price. While they looked at our trade-in car, we were able to get lunch across the street. They offered us a great deal on our trade in, and made sure that the monthly payment would fit in our budget. When we came back from lunch, we were set up to meet with Aaron, the finance manager, who walked us through every step and gave us options for extended warrantees that would reduce the APR rate on our loan, and save us money in the event something happened to the engine over the next five years. We weren’t necessarily looking to purchase a car today, so we totally forgot the title for our trade-in, but the deal was too good to pass up. Thankfully, they had a back up plan for that. Everything went smoothly, and Logan, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our experience. It’s unlikely that we will need another car in the next few years, but we will certainly be repeat customers in the future. More

David was very polite and managed to serve us both. I took two different models for a drive test and have chosen Toyota Venza 2015. This car provides such a comfort, which I never experienced before.
