My experience, from my first visit throughout picking up the new vehicle was A+ throughout.. The only reason the stars above are not all 5 Stars and because I have not dealt the entire Handy Toyota --- and the new vehicle was A+ throughout.. They were helpful and did not even question me wanting the oil change done at 1200 miles. Maintenance is important to me and I wanted the break in oil changed early.
