Allen Turner has been, by far,the best dealership I have experienced. I went to test drive a car that wasn't there at the time. I expressed my interest to Steve who assured me it would be there the next day. Went back the next day, the car was there and Steve met me, on his day off to assist me in my test drive and questions. I left undecided and a few hours later new I should have bought the car. I contacted Steve who then referred me to Billy. Billy was very helpful and informative. He made the tedious paperwork process as easy and comfortable as possible. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations. Underhanded and sneaky They will tell you a sells person can’t discuss interest rates but yet the sells person will will hand you a document under the pretense of having yo They will tell you a sells person can’t discuss interest rates but yet the sells person will will hand you a document under the pretense of having you to decide the amount of down payment you’re willing to pay. once you sign the document in two places that salesman takes that signed document to the finance managers office. Nowhere on the document does it show the interest rate the payment is based on. It shows you a down payment amount and a payment amount but nowhere does it show you what the payment is based on as far as interest rate. It does show you the agreed on purchase price. One signature is for payment amount and the second signature is based on the agreed to purchase price along with agreed to down payment amount you selected. I thought this was odd since the sales person had told me on two different occasions that he wasn’t allowed to discuss interest rates.I signed the document but after a few minutes of thought I knew the payment amount was not based on 2.9 or 3.5%. After walking out on the deal I checked the interest when I got home. The interest rate was actually 6.59. I knew I was at the wrong place when the sales manager tried to convince me all the Cars on the lot were paid for and not on a floor plan. 1st and last visit. Allen Turner needs to look at how his business is being run. More
