Used Vehicle fiasco We were in a bad car wreck is the only reason we went here because it was all we could afford. Seen a vehicle on line at the other store and asked them if they could bring it over I could be there at 1:30. Salesman starts blowing up the phone at 115 “are you still coming I got some one else wanting to buy it right now” rushing us. We get there and do a walk around salesmen giving the usual spill “ it’s a good truck xyz”. Bank already approved the loan on the truck but the salesman had to run around for 2 1/2 hours to “ make sure it was approved “. Told we would be filling out the financial paperwork in about 30 minutes. Fast forward 5-6 hours later still no paperwork. They let us take our rental car back which in crestview traffic took 10 minutes to get there by the time we get there and walk in the door the salesman is calling us wanting to know if we can come back (again rushing us). When we got back the financial guy miss spelled the name on the title and registration that we had to wait for it to be done over. Also the registration had the wrong color on it which the salesman assured us would be corrected. This was not and I had to remind him several times for about a month to get it straight. When it was time to leave the check engine light came on in the parking lot and the smell of gas boiled out every wear and the response was “if y’all don’t like it we can tear the check up now and y’all can find something else”. This statement was made after we explained our situation to them that that was all we could afford and that if we did that we would have no way home. They said they would fix it. They came up with the previous owner had ran a second exhaust vent line and they had to fabricate the part check engine light went out. Took the vehicle home again and crawled under it to see black liquid and all manner of fluids that have leaked under it and find the transmission inspection plate falls off in my hand. (Expressed that the transmission and rear end looked replaced in my opinion). Took it back to the dealership the lady at the parts counter got unprofessional and lippy. When they took it back they removed the transmission cap all together and didn’t replace it I had to buy one and them reimburse me. Take the vehicle back home and the check engine light comes on again and the smell of gas is 10 times worse. Come to find out there is a foot long crack in it and the gasket is nonexistent. We take it back and they agreed to fix it. Mean while one of there mechanics got very unprofessional with my family and told me “shut up boy I’m not the one you want to mess with “ in front of a lobby full of people. At that point we didn’t feel comfortable with them fixing it due to the threat and we told them that if they bought the parts we would have them put on elsewhere which the reluctantly did. In both of these incidents there were salesman and managers saying one minute they know both about mechanics then the next minute they are trying to tell you what’s wrong with it. Check engine light comes on again this time for the transmission and tourque converter. And that same black stuff that was all over the underside I was told was “dirt and normal leackage” started coming out again as burnt transmission fluid as I told them the first time when I was told that my concerns about the transmission and rear end were invalid. Tried to reach the dealership owner to be told he’s headed out of country on vacation and got referred to the assistant manager explained to him every thing from square one that because of this vehicle we had missed several important doctors appointments that have to do with lasting injuries from the car wreck and told him we spent all we had on the truck and couldn’t afford all these repairs and how I got threatened by his tech. I told him it was a crappy experience he said “that’s just your opponent we are going to agree to disagree “ and slammed the phone in my face. We took the truck to a different shop and they said what it appears like to them is the transmission was leaking to start with and the dealership put stop leak in it to sell it the shop said they see it all the time. They said total cost to fix it would be 3k. So from this experience we paid 15k for the truck,got threatened by a tech talked down to our concerns brushed of , end up scraping to get the transmission rebuilt 3k missing important doctors appointments and getting brushed off by the assistant manager and rudely hung up on. I suggest that you don’t buy from this dealership unless you can afford thousands in repairs. More

2018 Chevrolet Silverado Purchase We scheduled to meet with Billy on a Saturday morning and something came up where we were going to be late (sick baby). He completely understood and w We scheduled to meet with Billy on a Saturday morning and something came up where we were going to be late (sick baby). He completely understood and we met up about an hour or so later than our initial time. Once we were there, he and my husband immediately clicked and found they have a lot in common. Billy heard all of our concerns and helped us sort through needs and wants but also pointed out the "extras" of each and what set them apart from one another. We were also interested in another Silverado at a different dealership, but Billy showed us the side by side comparison which helped seal the deal with knowing what we were truly getting. Billy is an outstanding salesman and we will definitely buy from him again in the future if the need arises. The entire dealerships' kindness is above and beyond. Our 1 year old was sick with an ear infection and they went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable. More

Got a great car! Although I got my car off the back lot and it was due to go to auction soon, I ended up getting a fantastic car. It was an as-is sale, but I still had to deal with the sales staff, manager, etcetera. Overall, it was a good experience and I would return there. They were not able to meet the price I was looking for, but they did negotiate down some and they were able to get within $500 of my requested price. The sales rep was very new, but did a good job of trying to get me a good deal. I did have a long wait time when I went to pick up the vehicle, but they cleaned it up for me before I got there even though it was an as-is purchase and other staff was accommodating and helpful in trying to speed things along while I waited for my sales rep to be available to finish my transaction. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and nobody was pushy, which I appreciated. More

Great Customer Service! I originally went in to look at a 2014 Silverado. I worked with John Fahey, and was able to drive away with a 2018 Silerado 1500 LT. Excellent Customer Service I purchased a new Chevy Cruze from Allen Turner Chevrolet that was totaled before the first oil change.
