So they told me one price at 12,400. 00 My boyfriend went there to just get the car. Because we did all the hard stuff on line. And I was approved for everything. So not sure what was done over the phone on line whatever. (The sale guy David) I wasn't able to be there due to my mother fighting cancer and she ended up losing the battle a day later. Me thinking that they are showing all paper work to my boyfriend. I am just signing. My head isn't in the right head space for this. Just to go back a little. I had not seen the car at this time but on line. He was there to look over the car and give me what he thought. Engine wise, the car runs great. Other then the heat doesn't work. That's a whole other ordeal with this lot. Anyways the only paper they showed him was the the one that they express the price was at 12,400.00 and the break down to the payment. You know the one they show when running between you and management. He ask about seeing the paper work that I was signing and they told him. That they was sending it to me that the car was being sold to me. Now again he was there for me and I was dealing with my mom. They knew what was going on because I told them. I feel they took advantage of the situation. This is the break down short term of what they did. A 12,400.00 dollar car with 4000.00 down ends up being at pay off of 6 yrs. 22,000.00 dollars. At 8.84 precent interest. Can someone explain this math to me. There finance person tried to which didn't make since. And I just got more and more mad. For a 2013 Camaro with no heat, cheap radio from factor( but not a good one) not to mention the scratches all over the car. But the car does run very good. Will give it that. I was so mad at my boyfriend because I would of walked. Not one person went over the paper work with me or did they show my boyfriend anything other then the price I was shown at beginning 12,400.00 And I have 2 different signatures on my paper work. Anyways look them up at BBB and they already have 4 complaints and only be open since July 2023. Thats pretty alarming. I should of looked at the reviews. But again this is on them for being rip offs and lying to there customers. Nobody is that stupid to pay that much for a 2013 camaro that is 22,090.00 with down payment of 4000.00 it brought it to 18,090.00 And that is another ordeal as well. Do not buy from this people. I am getting some legal rep. I am not taking this. I have the paper work that they showed for the price of 12400.00 on the same date and the same time we did all the paper work to purchase the car. April 18th 2025. I got all paper work they sent my Union. I have it all. So we will see. Oh when I ask David the sales guy what the price was on my car. He wanted to play stupid. He couldn't remember. Well if you was truthful you wouldn't have a problem remembering. He remembered everything else. More

Dealer took 22 days to pay off my trade-in, so now there's an outstanding interest charge. Florida law states it must be paid within 10 days. I have never in my entire 66 years had such a bad experience at the Newport Ritchie and Wesley Chapel dealerships. Everybody is a liar. You never can talk to a manager. You just wanna hang up purchase a vehicle a month ago After 30 days. My trade-in still has not been paid off email from finance company that my trade-in car payment will be withdrawn from my checking account on the 21st when you called these people. They’re always very nice at first, but they are very, very rude. You can never talk to the managers because they are always conveniently not there as they all pull in and they’re very expensive vehiclesRange Rover’s Mercedes. Nobody wants to talk to an actual customer. Range Rover‘s Mercedes. Nobody wants to talk to a actual customer. You could not give me a Jacob’s Mitsubishi vehicle ever they are the worst to deal with never never go to Jacob’s. More

Terrible experience so far. Bought a Porsche 718 with them, did all the negotiation over the phone David did a good job providing all requested info and final outdoor price. All set was informed by him could pay using my credit card or do a Wire, after driving almost 3 hours to their dealer was informed that the only way to get the car same day and not having to drive 3 hours back home and another 3 back to pick up the car was if I do a Financing with them. That would cost me at least another 400usd with one month interest and financing charges ( what would still be cheaper than drive both ways again). Basically they lied to me to get me into the dealer in order to rip me off some extra cash. The worst was still to come, after paying the Finance Bank, got a letter with the release of the lien and informing that the Dealer never submitted the title to them so they couldn't help me with that and suggested me to check with DMV. Went to DMV just to discover that the Dealer after almost 2 months never submitted the title to them neither. I'm trying a return from the dealer over the phone for the past 2 weeks "We gonna call you back " and never do. Now looking for an attorney and filling up a complaint with Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Just avoid the headache and buy your car somewhere else. More
