In the 45 years of car ownership, I have never dealt with a more inept and less capable dealership. After misdiagnosing the problem with my vehicle, they did thousands of dollars of unnecessary work, after a more inept and less capable dealership. And that was after I even suggested what might be wrong. Then, some of the work they did went bad immediately and had to be fixed, which in the end never was properly fixed and I had to take it to another dealer to have it fixed. It was easily the worst experience I've ever had with a Chrysler dealership. I heard bad things about this dealership from my neighbors but needed work done so I went there anyway. What a huge mistake. It's hard to believe they could stay in business treating their customers the way they do. I feel bad for anyone going there in the future. Good luck. More
