Example: Eyesight Technology,Adaptive Cruise Control,X-Mode. Which confirmed to us that this was the vehicle we were looking to purchase. David guided us through the purchase process answering all of our questions regarding warranty and financing.Paper work was quick and easy with Shelby Lane,she had everything prepared for us when we sat down to sign the papers. Brittany Story expained Star Link and helped us set it up. Markos Mylonas in parts department was very helpful in selecting some accessories I wanted for my new Subaru Forester. All the people we met at Subaru Surprise made us feel welcome and we never felt any sales pressure. We are happy to become the newest member of the Subaru Family. More

A Forester, Outback, or Crosstrek: A decisive adventure. When I entered that Subaru Superstore lot, I wasn’t surprised to find the front empty of car salesmen. 110+ Degrees is not good for most humans to sta When I entered that Subaru Superstore lot, I wasn’t surprised to find the front empty of car salesmen. 110+ Degrees is not good for most humans to stand in. By the time my wife and two boys had exited our vehicle, Joe was waiting with a smile. We mention that we had test driven at Peoria Subaru (sorry Ernesto) but came to the superstore because of the increased inventory that fit our needs. Like all good 5 year olds, our oldest child had a bathroom emergency leaving me with the youngest and Joe, to browse and hear about features. I’ll be honest, I’ve been the deciding vote on the last 6 cars, and my wife wanted to pick this time. I expressed this to Joe, I mentioned features she wanted or liked, things that mattered little or not all (paint color) and Joe put all of it to use. He had a previous appointment though, and set us up with David Castillo. After a brief introduction, David brought us the pricing on two vehicles and my wife test drove a Forester for the first time. The others apparently were no longer good enough, and she had to decide between the New 2019 Forester Sport, or the CPO 2019 Forester. We chose the CPO, and the financing agent, Shelby Lane, absolutely went above and beyond expectations. She worked with our bank situation, running a card and then getting a cashiers check. While also staying over an hour and a half later than they closed to make sure we got the right numbers. I never felt like they were working to make a penny off of us, Joe, David, and Shelby all worked to ensure my family received a vehicle that fit our family and our needs. Thank you! More

We had relied on a Lexus 350RX for 5 years but new we wanted something a little more fun and value conscious without the sacrificing luxury feel or safety, After extensive research online and a test drive at a local dealership, I knew that Subaru Forester Touring was the answer. The challenge was availability of the exterior and interior color and features that we wanted. Our local dealer was friendly but lethargic to take action or think out side the drivetrain! Subaru Surprise, Internet Sales Team; Dave Castillo and Joe Skeens just delivered the exact car we wanted to our door! We are so very pleased with the entire experience - from my first 'almost desperate' online application Saturday morning ~8am to having the keys in our hands Monday at 3pm. AND - this car was sourced from another AZ dealer farther north and driven 200 miles to our front door!!! 1000% pleased with Dave Castillo, Joe Skeens, Shelby Lane and the support team at Subaru Superstore of Surprise! The driver’s seat is comfortable and mirrors are large which helps to see behind me on both sides. There is lots of room around the driver’s set. The navigation system is easy to use through the IPhone. More
