Multiple dealers were dodgy, lied about having the car I wanted on the lot, and didn’t give me a straight up price. Dave was upfront, gave us the best deal, and saved us from an entire day of frustration from dealing with other salesman. When we bought the car, they were quick, genuine, and efficient. Absolutely highly recommend! More

Great Service; Great Experience The Subaru Forester I wanted wasn’t available in Tucson where I live, so I contacted the superstore in Surprise. Salesman David Castillo had a Foreste The Subaru Forester I wanted wasn’t available in Tucson where I live, so I contacted the superstore in Surprise. Salesman David Castillo had a Forester with all the bells and whistles I wanted. The price was slightly lower than the model with fewer upgrades that I saw in Tucson. My bank wired the money. The next day a notary came to my home and completed the necessary paperwork in 20 minutes. Two days later my car was delivered to my doorstep on a flatbed truck. I bought a great car without even leaving my house! Icing on the cake was getting David Castillo’s help to learn all the features of the new car. He sent numerous videos explaining the features of the car, and on a trip to Tucson, he actually came to my house to explain the features in person. I can’t recommend the Subaru Super Store of Surprise more highly. Purchasing a car from them was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More

The financing department was great as well, and we had way too much fun with our finance manager (Shelby) who was not only patient, but had a great sense of humor. And our Delivery Specialist, Brittany, did a wonderful job explaining all the bells and whistles our new Outback came with. We were very pleased with buying our Outback at the Superstore and highly recommend them. More
