Dave was one of the best sales professionals we’ve worked with. Friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. When he said he would call back, he did. I can’t tell you how many car salesman lost sales because the with. Friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. When he said he would call back, he did. I can’t tell you how many car salesman lost sales because they didn’t call us back or waited a few days. He answered all our questions and had everything ready for our scheduled test drive. When it was time for the price, Joe came over and gave us a great deal. No BS. No haggling, no back forth to the sketchy finance manager. Just a fair deal. Signing paperwork took all of 10 minutes. Some dealers have had us there for hours. Never again. By far the best car buying experience and we will be back! More

wanted to purchase a 2020 left over or 2021 Mazda 6. Met Dave. We discussed prices, incentives etc. Very frustrating experience. I had the normal questions and for some reason there was always interruptions As an example, a couple came in to pick up there new car. He asked me to wait fifteen minutes so he can help the them. I had an appointment and since I was a potential sale he should have continued to work with me for maybe another 10 minutes. . Since the availability of 2020 Mazda 6 was limited I asked for Dave to find out about a 2020 Grand Touring availability and get back to me. He never got back to me. I saw him a couple of day's before New Years. New Years eve he was there till around 3PM. The day after New Years, 1/2/21 his schedule was 9A-6P He had plenty of time to get back to me. I waited till mid afternoon that Saturday . I went back to the dealer to speak with him. I asked him what about the Grand Touring 2020's? He didn't know what was available because he didn't have the print out. We went to see Joe the manager to find out about the 2020 Grand Touring availability? Dave walked away and I mentioned to Joe I didn't want to work with Dave. Joe assigned me to Henry G. Within 5 minutes Joe printed out the list for the 2020 Grand Touring for Henry. Dave could have gotten the print out from Joe while I was there. Dave should have had my name on his desk and follow up with Joe for the print out and get back to me. Henry was very professional. He filled out a work sheet with all the prices and incentives. I also was trading in my 2016 Mazda 6. Since there limited availability we discussed a 2021 Grand Touring. One note. When I was speaking with Dave about a 2020 Mazda6 he told me that the cash payment for buying the car (cash) was $1000 in addition to the $750 loyalty discount. Henry looking at his charts said the cash incentive was not $ 1000 but $ 1500 for paying cash, big mistake. After spending some time with Henry, I had all the information to think about the purchase. I probably would go with the 2021 Grand Touring. Not sure if I will buy the car from them in the Spring. Note: The optional reviews were for the service dept. The overall experience with service was 4 star not 2 star. More

Dealt with David, Kenny and of course Joe the manager. Always friendly and caring. Was a warm welcome like friends who haven’t been around in awhile kinda awesome. I found a color I liked but didn’t care Always friendly and caring. Was a warm welcome like friends who haven’t been around in awhile kinda awesome. I found a color I liked but didn’t care for interior color Joe said check out interior of this car which David took me to. Perfect just what I was thinking. Didn’t have on lot, but another one Got a great deal went over everything all my finances with Kenny(nice dude) little while later David went over some car stuff and away I went. It truly is like having a family in the business cause I feel I do. More
