I was going to not recommend this dealership at the present time, however, I’m sure when all the construction is done it will be very nice, but If I knew the entire dealership was under construction I present time, however, I’m sure when all the construction is done it will be very nice, but If I knew the entire dealership was under construction I would have looked elsewhere. No showroom, limited new cars and no privacy when meeting with salesperson. Very noisy with construction noise. Fortunately they happened to have what I was looking for. It seems like it will be a quite a long time before construction is finished. More

The dealership is undergoing a Major remodel and is very uncomfortable to visit. I trust it will be great once completed, but not great now. The chaotic conditions may be part of the reason the delivery of uncomfortable to visit. I trust it will be great once completed, but not great now. The chaotic conditions may be part of the reason the delivery of the vehicle was not smooth. The schedule of final delivery to us was not clear, and we were contacted 4 days prior to the original completion date, and told the vehicle was now ready. In pushing the final preparation of the car, they damaged the car, and the issue was not detected until many days later. Detected by us, not the dealer. A service appointment with a loaner was scheduled; the car was returned to the dealer for two days; and the repairs were made. More

David was a great salesperson, the thank you card was a nice touch even Mr. Lima's follow up email expressing concern about our satisfaction was welcomed. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, polite and no one was pushy. Got a great deal on a great car and the whole experience was worlds better than you would expect when walking in to a car dealershi no one was pushy.
