Great work was performed. I want to thank Steve Kincaid, the mechanic Rashid (do not know how to write his name), and everyone involved in the repair. I want to thank Steve Kincaid, the mechanic Rashid (do not know how to write his name), and everyone involved in the repair. More

My vehicle was at Audi Fort Lauderdale for over a week for an A/C-related concern, and the service was unacceptable from start to finish. My service advisor, David Davidian, was completely non-communic for an A/C-related concern, and the service was unacceptable from start to finish. My service advisor, David Davidian, was completely non-communicative throughout the process. Calls went unanswered, texts ignored, and even emails were not replied to unless I repeatedly followed up myself. Even worse, the service manager, Alexander Robles, was copied on emails regarding these concerns and never once stepped in or attempted to assist. That alone tells you everything you need to know about the culture of this service department. What made the experience even worse was their continuous insistence that I had to approve and pay roughly $2,000 for a rain/light sensor replacement before they would properly diagnose the A/C issue. They repeatedly pushed customer-pay work instead of standing behind the factory warranty or attempting to genuinely help resolve the concern. The most telling part? Another Audi dealership repaired the rain/light sensor and addressed the A/C concern under warranty within a single day, without any of the pushback, delays, or games. Night and day difference in professionalism, technical competence, and customer treatment. This experience made it painfully obvious that Audi Fort Lauderdale is far more interested in racking up a customer-pay bill and chasing commission rather than genuinely helping the consumer or standing behind the Audi brand. The constant changing explanations, poor communication, and refusal to properly support a warranty concern were beyond frustrating. I will never use this dealership again to service mine or my wife’s Audi. Save yourself the headache, wasted time, and stress. Make the drive to another Audi dealership. Don’t bother with the service department — or lack thereof — at Audi Fort Lauderdale. More

Have now had two tune ups done on my Etron GT over the last year. Both times the one day service turned into two days. I needed to be told when I dropped off the car that they might need it for two days last year. Both times the one day service turned into two days. I needed to be told when I dropped off the car that they might need it for two days so I could plan. I had no other means of transportation and I work a job. More
