Very good service advisor. Took car in for new battery and thought it was so expensive to fix at over 800. Calling into the dealership can be frustrating with that being said it seems like it has gotten better. When I leased previously a Q5 , the car was not explained to me. I questioned a warning light that s being said it seems like it has gotten better. When I leased previously a Q5 , the car was not explained to me. I questioned a warning light that stayed on It had a bad sensor and nobody noticed it or before I left with the car. I now have a Q3 which was handled by Abas who I have no complaints against. More
