I had gone to a different BMW and I had the worst service, I literally was on the verge of tears from how belittled I was made feel, after that I kind of gave up going to any other BMW dealership. I was on a time crunch because I had recently purchased my first home and needed something to get me to work and home, along with some additional basic features (I wasn't too picky). And my husband had mentioned that there was a auto mall near our new home and that we should shop around there. As soon as I stepped into BMW of Silver Spring I was welcomed and greeted. The vibes I felt were all so positive. I was introduced to David from his colleague Alejandro who saw me looking at the cars in the show room and he instantly made us feel welcomed. He went step by step on what I was looking for and took really good care of me and my husband (we were a bit sick at the time). He really took his time on comparing different models for me to make sure I bought what I wanted. I had the absolute best customer service with David, he made sure I felt comfortable with my car class, style, and price. He didn't leave any details out. He is very efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable about his work. Andrew was very professional, efficient and detailed oriented. He went through every detail of the finances of my purchase.
