"Beware if you purchase GAP insurance from them! "
BEWARE if you purchased a vehicle from them with GAP insurance coverage. My new Hyundai was totaled on 5/20/2019 and as of today 9/17/2019 the GAP insurance is still not settled. Latest update is I will be stuck with $1543.56 to settle my loan. My primary insurance was very quick to settle, but National Motor Club LLC , GAP insurer who was happy to take $850 for GAP insurance coverage is still refusing to cover their portion after almost 4 months. This has affected my credit score and dealership has done nothing but make promises that they will resolve the issue. GAP insurance sound great, Until you need to use it, If this dealership sells you a GAP policy, Hope that you never have to use it !!!

My first service appointment since buying my Hyundai just want to recognize Bryan from the service department for your great customer service and keeping the true to the service time.
My experience was quick and easy. Dave listened to my request and found a vehicle that fit my need. He was able to turn the vehicle around fast to accommodate my son's trip back to Reno. The vehicle was purchased on Friday and through Dave's efforts, we were able to pick the vehicle up on Saturday. Thanks to Dave, the experience was painless.

I had a “Great” experience with “Centennial Hyundai” and I have a reason for that! Before I went to Hyundai which is on Sahara. It was very bad experience due to they don’t listen to you and what you want, the salesperson who was working with me was arrogant and not willing to help you. I had only one feeling in that moment just go away as quickly as possible!
But with ”Centennial Hyundai” I had a very Positive experience. They listened to me without any ‘interruptions’ and sales ‘pushings’. They were willing to help and satisfy my needs regarding my car requirements and wantings! Especially I liked the guy Mel Balane, he was my salesperson. Who was very ‘Attentive’, ‘Tactful’ and ‘Proffesional Salesperson’, who can ‘listen to you and doing his Best’!
