Hi Ricky, I wanted to reach out to you privately about your review vs responding to publicly. I did speak with Anthony, and he confirmed he attempted to contact your multiple times that the payment was not collected, but unfortunately, you had blocked his number. He advised that he did not hear from you on a resolution. Which ultimately led him to text and leave a voicemail from an unknown number as his only way to contact you. It should be noted weeks went by with no return phone call to him regarding the payment not being collected and now past due. I apologized to you for the tone of the voicemail message and assured you that I would address the matter. While the message was not handled in the best light the outstanding issue was still at hand. Your payment was past due and there was no contact from you. As you know, standard practice in any establishment is that payment is due at the time of service or upon picking up your vehicle after repairs are completed. In speaking with you, I believed the issue stemmed from a series of miscommunication. You acknowledged that you did not inform Anthony of your inability to return his calls or notify him in advance regarding payment. While you are not at fault that the advisor at the time assumed the repair had been prepaid, you did know that you did not pay for the repair when your vehicle was picked up. The breakdown in communication was due to unfortunate family circumstances as you shared with me. In the end, I felt that you and I addressed the matter respectfully and amicably. Which is why I feel your review does not accurately reflect the situation which stemmed from nonpayment but again ended as it should have from the beginning. In light of the events and how Given we resolved the matter; I kindly request that you reconsider your review or update it to reflect the resolution achieved.
