Great experience. I'm really impressed with how the level of customer service has increased in the last few years at this service center. Excellent communication. Really friendly people who take the time to answer your questions and explain what is needed. I genuinely get the impression that everyone on this Service team (from management to service advisors to the young woman in the cashier booth) wants to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend this team for anything needed. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else. Five star service and excellent work at a good price. You can't ask for more than that! Highly recommend. More

Service department was supposed to do a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I went to pickup my car, I noticed the tire rotation was not completed and I asked for a refund. After I brought th change and tire rotation. When I went to pickup my car, I noticed the tire rotation was not completed and I asked for a refund. After I brought this to the attention of the service department manager Maria, she insisted it was done saying how "trustworthy" the shop and foreman was, and was defending him before hearing my side of the story. They refused to do a physical inspection to review the evidence I had to show the tires were not rotated. They told me they needed to do a "video review" of work and afterwards when they called me back they still maintained that tire rotation was completed. Only when I returned back to service center to talk to shop foreman David did the story change and they finally acknowledged they made a mistake and the work was not completed after all. Thinking I was through with this ordeal and finally going to get a refund, Maria wanted me to fill out paperwork for them to process my refund instead of crediting my card. After taking my car here for almost 10 years, I am questioning in hindsight other service I had done here and if was mislead in the past as well. I can no longer trust this service department for more complicated work when something so straightforward they could be dishonest about. On top of this, basic customer service principles were not followed for a routine inexpensive service. More

THE worst service department I’ve experienced in my 40 years of owning new cars. Episode 1. I spent several hours in their waiting room for a front-end alignment only for them to finally come out and years of owning new cars. Episode 1. I spent several hours in their waiting room for a front-end alignment only for them to finally come out and tell me my tires were too big for them to align. Couldn’t they just see that when I came in? Episode 2. I brought my Jeep in for a simple fluid service. When I got home, I noticed they forgot to put the engine cover back on and had to drive an hour back to get it. They couldn’t locate mine and gave me an older (and more beat up) one instead. Episode 3. I brought my Jeep in because of a loud noise I was hearing and believed it was unsafe to continue driving. They suggested I not wait and rent a car because “something like this could take a while to diagnose”, so I did. I live in NYC and don’t need a car daily but need one to get to and from the dealer. Communication from my service adviser (Kevin) was nonexistent, so I called him on a regular basis. He kept stringing me along saying they are “about to get to it”, or “you’re #2 in line”– all the while I’m paying $100+ a day to rent a car I don’t need! I finally turned the rental in 5 days later when it was obvious they weren't getting to my Jeep any time soon (total cost $894) A week later, I finally spoke to their customer service manager (Maria) who said because I didn’t have an appointment (and I didn’t buy my Jeep from them) I just had to wait until a spot opened (she predicted two weeks from the day we spoke). I told her it would have been nice to have this information when I dropped off my Jeep because I wouldn’t have rented the car. I also told her that none of my previous services had an appointment. Week 2, they believed it was a tire noise, but they also had a hard time starting it, so they recommended a new starter plus two new keys for $1,200. My mental math is now up to $2,000 (the rental plus a starter issue) and, still, my original issue is unresolved. Picked it up and the Jeep is exactly the same as I left it. My wife suggested I pull over and examine the tires. Sure enough, a big chunk of tread was missing from one of them. Why could they not spot this? Why didn’t they suggest a new tire? Seems like Mechanic 101 to me. In the end, it took them a week just to look at my car and another week to find “another” problem and not the actual one. And customer service sucked the whole time through – why didn’t anyone call me after I got the car home - $2,000 later! This dealer lacks: A) qualified mechanics and B) any concern for its customers. I’ll never go back. More
