Jayleen helped us right a wrong that the service dept did not put the key back in our glove box for our wheels and we had a flat tire where the roadside service came out and couldn't do anything for us becau not put the key back in our glove box for our wheels and we had a flat tire where the roadside service came out and couldn't do anything for us because of the wheel lock was not there. $100. to come out for nothing and then we paid $200.00 to have our car towed back to our home. Jayleen sent a tow truck to our house and had the tire fixed eith new wheel locks. I hope they learn from this because they have always been great in the past. More
