This is the truck we wanted and they made it so we were able to afford it. We are very happy with the truck especially with this winter, the truck handles like a champ. No problems at all in the snow. We have had F150 Supercabs in the past which were great also but the the Crewcab has exceeded all of our expectations. Chuck Cote handled the paperwork and made this a smooth and easy process. We also have our vehicles serviced exclusively by Ford of Londonderry and would not go anywhere else. Lee St. Jean gets us in and out of service with a smile. More

Buying a vehicle can be extremely painful... what you see online isn't what ends up as being factual once you see the vehicle in person. And, you often find salespeople to be quick and only interested in selling you whatever they can get their hands on. All of this couldn't be further from the truth in dealing with Ford of Londonderry. Our salesperson, Raul Pereira was truly THE best. He is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and focused on what OUR needs were. We could tell immediately he was an honest person that cared about his customers and he went above and beyond our expectations. The sales manager, Dave Ferrand equally exceeded our expectations. He and Raul were a great team and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, not rushed and happy with the vehicle and service. Even after our purchase, Raul called to share thoughts he had about a truck cover we were considering. He wanted to make sure we had all the facts before making a decision. This level of care and service isn't often seen in this industry, and I commend him for his level of professionalism and for the leadership Dave has developed with his team. I would never shop anywhere else. P.S. Don't be fooled by the appearance of Dave's hard outer shell. He's kind of like an egg. Hard on the outside, very soft on the inside :) More

I came to Londonderry to test drive a new Explorer after visiting a couple of other dealerships with mixed results. I wanted to drive one for a second time before making my final decision. After calling a visiting a couple of other dealerships with mixed results. I wanted to drive one for a second time before making my final decision. After calling and speaking to Bruce Boutin on my way there, I was pleased to see that he had a vehicle waiting for me when I arrived. Other dealerships either didn't have one to drive or were not as accomodating. Bruce spent a good amount of time with me, answering all of my questions and showing all that the car had to offer. I chose Londonderry because of that experience. When I settled on the Explorer and began the actual buying process, I was treated equally well by Jim Nartiff and David Farrand. They both kept in touch with me during the locate process (we had to locate from another dealer because I was pretty specific in what I wanted) and everything went smoothly. Chuck Cote in Finance had everything prepared when I came to pick up the vehicle and the process was much easier than other car purchases that I remember. No last minute curveballs. Jim showed me how to use and customize a lot of my new features and I was happily driving my new vehicle home. More

The online team was outstanding with their informative timely responses. They actually talked me into buying the higher priced vehicle. I don’t think there is a better dealership in the state of New Hampshire. If you want a patient, hardworking, tolerant dealership, see these guys first. When I first spoke with Al he was very curtious and professional. He responded to my offer ASAP. I made a counter offer and he again responded ASAP with an agreement. He explained I should put down money to hold the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was right out front, clean and ready to go. He took almost 2 hours to go through the car with myself and my wife. He was very patient with all of our questions and new that car in and out. He would not let us leave if we had any questions and let us know we can call him with any questions or concerns we may have when we get home. We will and already have recommended this dealership to friends and family. I also have to add that the financing department went above the call of duty getting me the best financing I could possibly find with no hassle involved. The sales manager took care of everything behind the scenes very professionaly. Also when we first arrived we were greated like they personally knew us even though we never met in person yet because they helped mw do everything online. We can't say enough about this dealership.
