David Faulkner went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase after we had 5 totaled vehicles due to Hurricane Ian, we test drove multiple cars and wrapped our purchase all in the same day. There are so many questions and so much paperwork involved in purchasing a used car, but David worked through all of it seamlessly. Our thanks for a fine job, and putting us into an exciting, beautifully-conditioned automobile. --David Fulcomer As the happy recipient of the Lexus ES 350, David literally spent hours with me making sure that I was comfortable with the various features of my new vehicle. He started by adjusting the height, depth and incline of my driver's seat as well as the tilt of the steering wheel, explaining the scientific reasoning behind his recommendations. He even showed me the best way to get in and out of the vehicle and how to hold my foot during our trial run. Dealing with a "mature" driver whose previous vehicle had zero computer technology, David was very patient in reviewing each feature - from installing the GPS to hands-free phone calls. He explained each and every button, lever, and indicator - sometimes several times over! He even printed out a list of the local radio stations and what type of music each offered. Last but not least, he installed a rather elaborate dog seat on the passenger side for my Coton de Tulear. Above and beyond the call of duty. The next day David called and asked how I was doing and had more positive suggestions such as purchasing a can of paint from Lexus so the team at Acura could correct a few minor scratches on the back of the car. I feel I can call him any time with a question and he will not be annoyed. Kudos also to Marvin who made a fantastic video which I initially ignored because the price was over our budget. --Barbara Proal More

Marvin Sold me a 2021 RDX with a bad odor. He said he’d have it fixed up while I signed the papers. After I signed the papers, I opened the car door and the odor was still there. He immediately took it to have it fixed up while I signed the papers. After I signed the papers, I opened the car door and the odor was still there. He immediately took it to detail shop and had lemon sprayed inside. I got home with the car and my neighbor smelled inside and said palm rats are living in it. I’m took it back the next morning. I asked for my trade in back and wanted my $10 k deposit refunded. Marvin got Joe Eisenberg the sales manager involved. Showed me 2 used cars on the lot that were not suitable. Joe then had the service Dept connect an industrial ionizer to the RDX cabin air and changed the air filter. He said “will see if this works” I told him I was flying out for 10 days and wanted my trade in returned to me and my money refunded. He said “let’s wait til you get back, if it’s not better will do it then”. I believed him and left with the RDX. When I returned on 10/4 the cabin odor was still there. I called Joe, reported it and took the RDX in the following morning. Salesman, David F showed me some used cars again none suitable. I asked for my complete deposit back but was told $4K would NOT be refunded. I contacted Acura Corporate office and the GM Ross Levy. Ross suggested I leave the RDX for Biocleansing and gave me a loaner sedan for 2 days. More
