Born on Guam. Son of US Naval Aviator and step son of Air Force NCO. During my school years, as a military dependent, our family was sent to 8 locations in the US, US territories, and Europe after which we eventually returned stateside and settled in Myrtle Beach, SC where I spent 37 years of my life and met and married my beautiful wife, a native South Carolinian. Our family moved to Bonita Springs, FL in 2007, including our two children, my daughter who is now 26, and my son who is 22. My interests among others include playing electric and acoustic guitar, music composition, surfing, snorkeling, gardening, and the great outdoors. Served in sales industry for over 19 years with 7 of those in the automotive industry. Enjoy meeting people from all parts of America and the world here in Southwest Florida and helping them have a fun and successful buying experience while helping them to reach their goals.

I have responded, brought the car back looked for a replacement all to no avail. The odor persisted, gags me. I’ve told you I want to return this car and you will charge enormous fee to take it back. This tells me you know it’s a lemon and do not have faith in selling it. I feel you took advantage of me, hood winked about signing while the odor was “taken care of” and when I returned you told me to give it some time since you ionized the air “for me” and it might take some time to neutralize the odor. You knew I was flying to PA that day and the car would sit for 10 days. When I returned it still smells. I contacted Joe, who gave me David F who showed me other cars. None suitable. I’ll meet with the GM. See what can be done. Still very DISsatisfied.
