We bought our second Acura MDX from Francesca Fortin and both times have been great, like family. Nothing but positives to say about my whole experience. I was greeted warmly by Francesca as I walked in, test drove the car I was interested in, met Scott and talked for a bit. I live out of state and dealt with Francesca over the phone over the course of a few days to purchase a 2020 TLX. She was very responsive via telephone/text, sent multiple videos of the car, and overall phone over the course of a few days to purchase a 2020 TLX.
