I had a wonderful experience with the sales team at this dealership, especially David. He was kind, knowledgeable, and communicated well throughout the purchasing process. He made choosing the right car feel easy, and the manager was also very friendly and honest. The loan specialist I worked with was just as pleasant, and my car is exactly what I wanted. The only downside came after the sale, when it was time to finalize the paperwork. Several promised dates were missed, and I found myself making repeat phone calls just to get updates. Voicemails weren’t returned, and when I called the dealership directly to check on the status, I was hung up on multiple times. It made the last part of the process more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, the sales experience was excellent, but the post‑purchase paperwork process could definitely use improvement. More

The sales staff and manager were great and extremely helpful in getting me into a new vehicle. I don’t fault them. However, it has been 3 weeks since I purchased a Bronco Sport here NEW. It will be goin helpful in getting me into a new vehicle. I don’t fault them. However, it has been 3 weeks since I purchased a Bronco Sport here NEW. It will be going to service for the second time. The screen inside the Bronco stopped working a week after purchase. Now it is black. I have been walked through by service over the phone for resets with nothing. I feel like I’ve been sold a faulty car. Service won’t even give me a rental car while it is being fixed. Remember, new car, less then a thousand miles!!! I’m very disappointed as this is a brand new car and it seems there is no solution at service for my issue. I hate to give this review but I am still getting the run around and no solution. More
