Was promised a detail of the vehicle in writing and it’s been weeks later. Offered to send me a check initially for 250, then it was 150. Now it’s gonna be a cleaning kit and med kit. The experience was very good. I would prefer the option to select my aftermarket add ons though instead of being required. Salesman Jarmo Kormu and team leader Pete Mishos were pleasant to work with and communication with good without being pushy. I am not a fan of dealer markup for low volume vehicles. If they got more orders they would learn to build more of that model. It is priced higher for the products added, engineering or options but adding to list is something no dealers should be allowed to do, in my opinion. To keep your buyers loyal is to treat them right and service correctly and at a fair price. Everyone will be happy and referrals with praise will follow. More
